Our simple story
Primus Group began as an automotive parts marketing agency after its incorporation as Primus Auto Limited on November 1, 1998. After successfully penetrating the automotive industry and establishing a foothold as a major industry player, Primus Auto Limited pivoted into a conglomerate under the flagship Primus Group.
The conglomerate became necessary when we observed an expansive trend while dealing with several businesses in other industries. Today, we provide solutions in different environments such as civil engineering, agribusiness and business consulting.

Richard Owusu-Ansah
Leadership
Richard Owusu–Ansah is the founder and CEO/Executive Chairman of Primus Group of Companies. He has been in the auto industry for over twenty years, and established business relations with several foreign companies. His unparalleled marketing adroitness coupled with his dexterity in international business relations makes him a force to reckon with.
Cementing his business acumen in Turkey, he has worked with many Turkish businesses to introduce some flagship automotive products into the Ghanaian markets. These products cuts across lubricants, filters, batteries, tyres and many more.
He is also a co-founder and executive council member of Ghana Poland Chamber of Commerce, as well as Ghana-Türkiye Trade and Investment Promotions (Turkbiz).
Primus Group currently has a workforce of 58 young energetic employees plus a 19-member management team members.
